How to do Your Own SPARC

Developing a Support Personnel Accountability Report Card SPARC:

This is a professional development opportunity for school teams of counselors, administrators and related student support personnel.

Participating student support team members are encouraged to incorporate API, School-to-Career, Title I, School Safety, Healthy Kids, Title IV/TUPE, AVID, Common Core Standards, RTI results, school accreditation and report card materials into their SPARC. Participants will:

  • Understand the role of the National Standards and National Model in improving their Student Support Services.
  • Conduct a simple internet-based survey.
  • Begin a Support Personnel Accountability Report Card (SPARC).

Moving Forward with Your Support Personnel Accountability Report Card (SPARC) - One Day Workshop

  • Review and revise their Support Personnel Accountability Report Card (SPARC).

 • Create an outline for a one page SPARC that can be shared next year with board members, administrators, faculty, parents, students, legislators and your community.
